The law firm was founded in the year 1961 by Mr. B.R. Putnanjappa who established the first management advocate’s office at Bengaluru. He was succeeded by his nephew, Mr. B.C. Prabhakar in the year 1972. The firm has a reputation of building credibility between managements, trade unions and liaison with government authorities.
